I had to really research about it and i did most of the things you mentioned here. I think I got approved 6 months after I started blogging and written about 40 quality blogs by then. That was for my old blog, though. Now, I’m starting again with wordpress, but they only allow wordads and it’s tougher to get approved there. You need 15K monthly visitor like guuuuuurl.
