Requirements to become a Foodpanda merchant partner

Please do know that only legitimate businesses are allowed to be on the platform. Legitimate businesses are those tax-paying businesses that are registered. Foodpanda will require a scanned copy of necessary documents.

Here are the following documents needed:

1. BIR From 2303 (Certificate of Registration) If unavailable, BIR to follow.
2. A clear digital copy of the menu with prices (scanned or camera captured)
3. Bank Account Number from Commercial Banks (e.g. BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Chinabank)
4. Signed Contract. The contract will be provided by Foodpanda.

Signing up to be a merchant in Foodpanda is FREE! And there is no lock-in period in registration.

SALES EXECUTIVE TIPS: The vendor’s application will be processed faster if food business owners will reach out directly to the Sales Executive. You may still apply through the Foodpanda website, but it would take some time.

Step 2. Click signup now and it will redirect you to the bottom of the page.

Step 3. Fill in properly the required information, upload the necessary documents and then submit the form.

Step 4. The Foodpanda Vendor team will contact you after they reviewed your documents.

Step 5. Once you’re approved, you get to sign a contract with Foodpanda, receive exclusive Foodpanda device and training, then you can start getting orders online.
